Information for your request and order

When you request a quote we store your name, email, shipping address, optional telephone number, selected product, quantity and messages. We use these details to check delivery, prepare quotes, fulfill orders and handle support. We do not request government ID, banking passwords or verification codes.

Private order links

Your order link contains a secret access token. Anyone with it can view your request and communicate about the order. Keep it private and avoid shared devices. We store a cryptographic hash of this token. Contact support if the link is lost or exposed.

Service providers and fulfillment

The website and order database use our hosting provider. When fulfilling an approved order we share the recipient name, delivery address and any necessary delivery contact details with the supplier and carrier, which may include Amazon and its marketplace sellers. Your banking provider and Zelle handle payments in their own services; we record the owner's payment confirmation, not your banking credentials.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is enabled only if you allow optional analytics. It measures page and product interactions. We do not intentionally send customer names, email, shipping addresses, support messages or payment references to Analytics. Private order pages do not load Analytics. You can clear this site's browser storage to reset your analytics choice.

Records and requests

We keep quote, order and support records as needed for fulfillment, customer service, fraud review and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact humestrevon@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. We verify requests and explain any records we must retain. Temporary request-rate counters expire and are periodically removed.
